DisAbility Rights America

This is a graphic depicting the outline of the USA and lists the territories.

If most Americans are upset with a 9.1% unemployment rate, think how Americans with disabilities must feel. A recent Galaxy post notes that the Department of Labor puts their unemployment rate at 14.5%. But that number grossly underestimates the extent of the problem because it only counts folks actively seeking employment not those who have given up hope of finding a job.
