Petition Challenges Network CC Practices

Features labeled “Compelling Opportunity” will present an advoacy initiative in which Galaxy visitors may want to become involved.  We encourage our visitors to do their own research and consider the opportunity for involvement.

In excess of 500 people have signed a petition calling on Netflix to “provide equal access to all users” of its services.  The petition drive was launched in conjunction with a lawsuit filed by the National Association of the Deaf alleging violations of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA).
